No. You don’t need a registered company to join Cospaze. Individuals, freelancers, students, and professionals can all sign up. A valid ID is all that’s required for personal memberships. For managed office agreements and GST invoicing, company details are needed.
Can I use Cospaze as my registered business address?+
Yes, Cospaze locations can be used as your business address for correspondence and, in some cases, for company registration purposes. Please contact your specific location’s team to confirm details and any associated charges for this service. Our GST number for billing purposes is 29AAGCC8404K1ZD.
Do you host community events?+

What plan types do you offer?+
Cospaze offers three core plan types:

Dedicated Desk — your own fixed workstation in our open coworking floor. Ideal for individuals up to small teams of 40. Includes all shared amenities, internet, and meeting room access.
Private Office — enclosed cabin with smart lock, dedicated internet, CCTV, and your team’s name on the door. Ideal for 3–12 people.
Managed Office — a fully managed, built-to-suit floor for 5–35 people. Custom layout, zero capital outlay, expansion-ready.

Is there a minimum contract or lock-in period?+
Contract length depends on the plan:

Day Pass — No commitment. Pay per visit.
Dedicated Desk — Month-to-month available; longer terms unlock better rates.
Private Office — Typically a 3–6 month minimum, negotiable based on team size.
Managed Office — Minimum 6 months; built-to-suit agreements are longer-term.

We never push unnecessarily long commitments. If you’re unsure, start with a shorter term and extend when you’re comfortable. Our team will always advise honestly on what makes sense for your situation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes. One of the core advantages of Cospaze is flexibility. If your team grows and you need more space, or if you need to scale back temporarily, you can discuss plan changes with our team. We offer built-to-suit workspaces and expansion flexibility specifically so businesses aren’t locked into configurations that no longer fit.
What is included in the price — any hidden charges?+
No hidden charges. Your membership includes:

Yes — walk-ins are always welcome at all Cospaze locations. Just show up and our team will get you set up. No prior booking or account needed for a day pass or hot desk.

That said, booking ahead is recommended for meeting rooms — they fill up quickly, especially at Hebbal. Booking online takes 30 seconds and guarantees your room.

What are the access hours?+

The 24/7 access condition means that members can access their designated workspace outside business hours using smart access systems (smart lock / facial recognition / Bluetooth key), but staffed support, housekeeping, and concierge services are not available overnight. Specific conditions vary by location — confirm at sign-up.

Can I bring guests or clients to my workspace?+
Yes. Members can bring guests and clients to Cospaze. Guests using the coworking floor alongside you may be charged a small day pass rate depending on your plan. For regular client meetings, we recommend booking a dedicated meeting room for a more professional and private setting. Meeting rooms can accommodate 4–12 people and include AV equipment, whiteboards, and video conferencing setups.

How fast is the internet?+
Cospaze uses multiple high-speed dedicated internet connections at every location — not a single shared line. This means your speed stays consistent even when the space is busy. Multiple ISPs provide fail-safe redundancy so your connection stays up even if one line goes down. As one of our members put it: “The WiFi is super fast, there are multiple WiFis available for fail safe.”

Private office members can be set up with their own dedicated line if required.
Is food and coffee available at Cospaze?+
Complimentary tea and coffee are included with all memberships. Every Cospaze has a fully stocked pantry area for members’ use.

For food, all our locations are situated near multiple dining options within walking distance. Our Hebbal location, for example, is opposite Manyata Techpark with dozens of restaurants and cafes nearby. Our Haldwani location is a short walk from Makot Pubs & Eateries and Walkway Mall.
Is there parking available?+
Yes, parking is available at most Cospaze locations. Availability and charges vary by location — please confirm with your specific location when signing up. Our Hebbal location benefits from ample parking in the Manyata Techpark area, and our Nikoo Homes location is within the Bhartiya City township which has dedicated parking infrastructure.
Are meeting rooms equipped for video calls and presentations?+
Yes. Cospaze meeting rooms are fully equipped for professional use:

Our Hebbal location features a distinctive red London phone booth that has become something of a landmark in the space — it’s there for a good reason. For longer or more formal calls, you can also book a meeting room.

This depends on your membership plan. Please ask our team about multi-location access options when enquiring — we can usually accommodate members who travel between our Bengaluru locations. For the Haldwani location, please contact us separately as it operates under its own access arrangements.

Does Cospaze take equity in my idea?+
Yes. When we fund your idea (Track 1) or build your product (Track 2), Cospaze takes a small equity stake in return. This reflects our genuine investment — of capital, team time, or both — and means we’re a real partner in your success, not just a service provider.

The exact equity percentage is discussed at the approval call based on the track and level of support. You retain full operational control of your business in all cases.
